Phishing against PUBG follows patterns common to streaming & gaming. Typical lures:

- A free gift card, skin or in-game currency offer that requires you to log in.
- A fake trade, tournament or support message in game chat that links to a login page.
- A "new device sign-in" alert that links to a cloned sign-in form.

- "Free" currency, skins or subscriptions that need your password are credential theft.
- The login page is on a domain that is not the service's own.
