Terms of Use and Data Disclaimer

These terms apply to www.phishpin.com and to everything published on it: the Brands Live Phishing Data pages, Phishing Index reports and their PDF and CSV downloads, the blog, lists, charts and any other data or files we provide (together, "PhishPin data"). PhishPin is a brand of Suhra Global Solutions Private Limited, India ("PhishPin", "we"). By using the site or PhishPin data you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use them. Paid services are governed by the written agreement with the customer, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

Where our data comes from

PhishPin's detection engine collects and combines information from its engine sources: public sources, newly registered domain lists, third-party sources and our own checks. We do not name the engine sources. Matching is automated. We do not open, download or verify the listed addresses ourselves, and we cannot guarantee how any engine source collects, checks or labels its data.

Data is provided "as is"

• PhishPin data is provided as is and as available, without any warranty, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• It can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or wrong. Counts show what was reported in a period, not what is online at one moment, and many listed sites have already been taken down.
• A listing is a warning sign, not proof that a site is malicious. A site that is not listed is not proof that it is safe.
• Lookalike domains are indicators for investigation, not proof of malicious use. Charts, scores and rankings are automated estimates.

Phishing, infected content and malware

• Listed addresses, files and content may be phishing, infected or carry malware, whether they come from our own pages or from the engine sources behind them.
• We show addresses defanged (for example dots in brackets) so they cannot be clicked by accident. Do not type or paste them into a browser, and do not try to restore them.
• Download files such as CSV, PDF or lists only if you can handle them safely. Scan them with up-to-date security tools and open them in an isolated, controlled environment.
• Before you import PhishPin data into a firewall, e-mail filter, blocklist or any other system, have a certified security expert review it and test it first. Automated data can contain false positives that block legitimate sites, or false negatives that miss real threats.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, store, share and act on PhishPin data, and for the safety of your own systems and data.

Not professional advice

PhishPin data is for intelligence assistance only. It is not security, legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and using it does not create any advisory relationship. Takedown requests depend on hosting providers, registrars, platforms and authorities, and we cannot guarantee that any site will be removed or how fast.

Brand names and listings

Brand names belong to their respective owners, and PhishPin is not affiliated with any brand shown. Seeing a brand in our data means that sites or domains appear to use or imitate its name; it does not mean the brand did anything wrong. To ask for a correction or removal, email support@phishpin.com with the page address and what should change, and we will review it.

Third-party sites and sources

We are not responsible for the content, availability or security of third-party websites, services or engine sources, or for links to them. Links are not an endorsement.

Using our data

• Data on the Brands Live Phishing Data pages is licensed under CC BY 4.0: you may reuse it with credit and a link to PhishPin. The licence does not add any warranty, and we ask you to pass on this disclaimer when you share it.
• Other content, including the blog, reports and design, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or republished without permission, except for short quotations with credit and a link.
• Do not use the site or PhishPin data to attack, disrupt or scan anyone, to harass or pressure any brand or person, or in a way that suggests we endorse you. Keep automated access reasonable.
• If you send us a phishing report, you confirm that it is true to the best of your knowledge. We may verify, publish (without your e-mail address) or decline it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PhishPin, Suhra Global Solutions Private Limited and their directors, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of data, profit, business or reputation, system damage, malware infection or security incidents, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or PhishPin data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or PhishPin data at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India where Suhra Global Solutions Private Limited has its registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
